Luis Nani notched a goal and an assist as Nani FC bested Team Aguero 6-2 in the 7v7 format of The Soccer Tournament in Cary, N.C.
The match was an elimination game for the Argentine's squad, and with the result, ended their event going 0-3 throughout the Group Stage.
The former Man City star did, however, step up when his club needed him – contributing to both goals on the day – even though they fell short.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
The "Manchester Derby" at TST 2024 was the Group Stage finale for both teams, and it highlighted the end of an outstanding two-day performance from Nani FC.
The club went 3-0 across it, and are now considered heavy favorites heading into the Round of 32 on Friday.
Team Aguero, meanwhile, leave the tournament with frustration after going winless.

The ex-Portugal stars squad, Nani FC, will compete in the knockout round of the tournament Friday night. They will take on an opponent to be announced.
Aguero, meanwhile, departs the tournament after crashing out in the Group Stage.
